I had my first Spinal Flow Technique session 3 weeks ago with April Hernandez.  I have a couple of concerns that April was aware of.  Mostly, it’s my grieving and perimenopausal stage.

After a week of our session, the quality of my sadness felt different.  I found myself craving for the things I loved to do.  I started doing scrapbooking again and  listening to music that gives me a chance to focus.

I had a procedure done regarding my perimenopausal stage, just a week ago.  I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now.

I’m back to the gym now and having the energy to do more than just going to work and doing housework.

I can squeeze more activities in between my agendas.

I would never think that this Spinal Flow Technique session would work for me.  This is the only thing I’ve done differently for the past 5 years, since my grievance.  Now, I can maneuver around it, found ways to distract myself from feeling so sad and still function on my daily life.

I would like to thank April Hernandez for introducing this Spinal Flow Technique to me and my family.  I am looking forward to our future sessions.

How did you leave the reading feeling?

 Empowered and excited to bring change into my life. Validating for the experiences I've been experiencing. Felt like I was able to let go of emotional baggage that I have been carrying for far too long. 

Did you feel validated while receiving the information? 

I did. The information was delivered honestly, in a judgement free tone and with good intention. April was kind, did not rush, maintained good tone and communication. I felt safe and I felt was doing her best to receive all the information for me to give me the clearest picture to aid me. 

Would you recommend April to others? Why or why not? 

Yes. April was wonderful. I went into this not knowing what to expect and now I want all my friends and family to experience this. It brought joy, change, closure, reflection, provoking thoughts, and attention back to who I am and where I need to be going. April was patient, informative, kind, pleasant and professional the entire time.
