Headshots Generator ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application.
User-Uploaded Images: To generate headshots, we collect the photos you upload. These images are transmitted to our servers and third-party processors (Replicate API) solely to perform the AI transformation.
Facial Data: Our AI models analyze facial features to generate realistic portraits. We do not use this data to identify individual users in a real-world context or for biometric surveillance.
Device Information: We may collect basic technical data (OS version, device model) to improve app performance and troubleshoot bugs.
We utilize Replicate to provide AI generation services. By using the app, you acknowledge that your uploaded images will be processed by Replicate’s infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data or images to third parties.
Source Images: Uploaded photos are typically deleted from our processing servers immediately after the AI generation is complete.
Generated Images: We may store generated images temporarily to allow you to download them, after which they are purged according to our retention schedule.
