No Account Required: You can use the app as a guest without providing your name or email.
On-Device Processing: All image editing and template customization are performed locally on your device. We do not access, store, or upload your photos.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you choose to use certain features, we may collect:

Usage Data: Anonymous data such as app usage frequency and popular templates. This helps us improve the app experience.
Subscription Data: For premium subscriptions, payments are processed securely by Apple. We only receive a transaction receipt to enable features. We do not have access to your payment or billing details.
Device Information: Basic device details (such as model and OS version) to ensure compatibility and performance.

3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES (NEW FOR 2026)

If you use our "AI Headline Assistant" feature:

Explicit Consent: We will request your permission before sending any text to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini).
No Personal Data Shared: We do not send your personal information (such as name, photos, or location). Only the text you choose to process is transmitted.
Provider Disclosure: We currently use OpenAI for text processing.

4. DATA SHARING & STORAGE

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
No Tracking: We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) to track your activity across apps or websites.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA / PDPB COMPLIANCE)

You have the right to:

Request a copy of any data we may have about you (typically minimal or none).
Request deletion of any stored data related to your usage.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or app features. Any significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification.
