FAST VIDEO DOWNLOADER - PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
1. This Privacy Policy describes in detail, within the legal framework, the processes of processing, storing, and destroying the data of FAST VIDEO DOWNLOADER ("Application") users.

8. The user can completely delete their search history at any time using the "Clear" buttons on their device or by clearing the application cache.
9. The in-app browser stores cookies of the websites you visit on your device; the developer can never remotely access these cookies.
10. Our clipboard detection feature performs a millisecond local scan to determine if the text you copied is a video link.
11. Data read from the clipboard is not sent to any remote server (Cloud), saved to a database, or shared with third parties.
12. Automatic clipboard scanning is only for the user's speed and does not leave a permanent trace in the device's memory.
13. Video cutting (Method 1) uses your device's processing power when you select a specific time interval of the video. 14. The video cutting process (Method 2) uses an alternative engine to perform the cutting, creating temporary (cache) files in the process.
15. These temporary draft files created during the cutting process are automatically overwritten and destroyed when the process is finished or a new process begins.
16. The videos you download or cut are saved to your device's local storage (e.g., the 'Movies' or 'Syvideo' folder).
17. The application requests "Storage Access" permission from your device to organize your files and display them in the download list.
18. This storage permission is only for the application to access files it has downloaded or cut; it does not provide unauthorized access to other personal media files in your gallery.
19. Google AdMob and similar third-party advertising networks are integrated to make the application available for free.
20. These advertising networks may use your device's anonymous Advertising ID to deliver ads tailored to your interests. 21. Your advertising ID is not matched with your personal ID, and the developer is not responsible for processing this advertising data.
22. Users have the right to disable advertising personalization at any time through their device settings.
23. In case of app crashes or software errors, anonymous technical data such as device model and operating system version may be collected for debugging purposes.
24. Error reports (Crashlytics, etc.) do not contain any personal data and are only used to improve the application's performance.
25. This application is NOT intended for individuals under the age of 18 in accordance with children's privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR-K).
26. It is strictly forbidden for individuals under the age of 18 to download, use, or perform any transactions through the application.
27. The developer does not knowingly collect data from children. If a child is found to be using the application, it is entirely the parent's responsibility to clean up the local data.
28. The security of downloaded files depends on the user's device security; the application does not offer an extra encryption or locking mechanism for files. 29. Third-party websites you visit through your browser have their own independent privacy policies and cookie practices.
30. The developer cannot be held responsible in any way for the data collection processes or security of sites you access through the in-app browser.
31. When you uninstall the application from your device, the history and cache data created by the application are usually automatically deleted by the system.
32. Since the video files you download are written to permanent memory, they may remain on your device even if you delete the application; they may need to be deleted manually.
33. In the event of a data request by any official judicial authority, there is no content that can be shared as the developer does not have a central dataset belonging to you.
34. All legal and administrative reviews can only be conducted by authorized authorities through the user's own physical device.
35. The application Data consumption while running in the background is only for completing interrupted downloads or loading advertisements.
36. Notification permissions are only requested to show you the status of the download (Started, Finished, Interrupting) on your device's progress bar.
37. No data transfer or telemetry is sent outside the device via notifications.
38. The developer reserves the right to update this privacy policy without prior notice due to changes in technology or new legal regulations.
39. Policy changes automatically take effect with the update of the application and are binding on the user.
40. The user's continued use of the application means that they accept the updated privacy policy terms.
41. Favorite websites you add to the Shortcuts menu are only stored unencrypted in a database (SharedPreferences) on your device.
42. The network connection used by the application is established directly between the target server and the device only to access the content requested by the user; we do not have an intermediary VPN or Proxy server. 43. Your internet service provider (ISP) can see which websites you connect to using the application; this is outside the scope of the application's privacy policy.
44. During the online video cutting feature, the extra requests the application makes to the target site's server are made anonymously.
45. If any provision of this agreement is deemed legally invalid, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
46. In case of suspected privacy breach, the user's only redress is to immediately uninstall the application from their device.
47. This policy only covers actions within the FAST VIDEO DOWNLOADER application and does not apply to other applications on the device.
48. The developer is not responsible for any security vulnerabilities that may arise from downloading the application as an APK from third-party stores.
49. The Batman Courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from the breach or interpretation of this privacy agreement.
