This Privacy Policy describes how HD Camera - Pro Camera ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application (the "Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your media and personal data.
We do not collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personal information, photos, videos, or audio recordings to external servers.
All operations performed by the Application take place locally on your device:
Camera Data: The Application accesses your device's camera sensors solely to provide real-time preview streams, capture photos, and record videos as requested by you. Images and videos are stored directly to your device's local media storage.
Audio Data: When recording videos, the Application accesses the device microphone to record synchronous audio. Audio recordings are compiled directly into your local video files and are never uploaded or analyzed externally.
Device Sensors: Gyroscope, orientation, and accelerometer data are accessed solely in real-time to compute the visual horizon level and level indicators on your viewfinder screen. No sensor telemetry is logged or transmitted.
To function as a camera, the Application requests runtime permissions:
android.permission.CAMERA: Required to display the camera viewfinder, switch lenses, configure exposure, and take photos/videos.
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO: Required to record audio tracks while filming videos.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's system settings (Settings > Apps > Camera > Permissions). Revoking permissions will disable camera or video recording functionality.
All captured photos and videos are saved directly to your device's internal storage or public media gallery (via Android MediaStore). We do not operate remote servers, cloud backups, or external databases. Your photos and videos remain entirely under your personal custody and control.
The Application does not include third-party tracking SDKs, data brokers, or background analytics monitors that track your personal identity or capture habits.
If advertising or developer tools (e.g., Google Play Services / AdMob) are integrated, they may collect non-identifiable technical diagnostic data (such as Android OS version, device model, or crash traces) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected or uploaded by the Application, it complies with standard global children's privacy protection regulations (including COPPA and GDPR-K).
