• Workshop paper submission: November 17, 2026

• Notification: January 08, 2027

• Camera-ready due: February 02, 2027

• Original, unpublished papers presenting original research, including completed or ongoing work  are invited. Submitted manuscripts must not be under review for any other conference or journal.

• Papers must follow the official IEEE PerCom 2027 formatting guidelines.

• The maximum paper length is 6 pages, with one additional page permitted (maximum 7 pages).

• All submissions will be handled through the official IEEE PerCom 2027 submission system. The submission link will be announced soon.

• All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the HDAAS 2027 Program Committee.

• Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE PerCom 2027 Workshop Proceedings and submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE publication policies.

• Each accepted paper requires at least one valid full IEEE PerCom 2027 registration.

• All accepted papers must be presented in person during the workshop. Papers without a valid full registration or without an in-person presentation will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

Paper submission will be handled through the official IEEE PerCom 2027 submission system.

• Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE PerCom 2027 Workshop Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

• A Best Paper Award may be presented to the most outstanding contribution, based on the quality of both the paper and the workshop presentation.
