Your use of this software is voluntary. Activity and health data will not be collected by the software unless you have granted permission. Authorized members of your healthcare provider's team, including research staff, may have access to data you submit via the app. No personally identifiable data collected by the app will be shared with other parties. De-identified data which does not contain personally identifiable information may be stored for research purposes and/or shared with other parties; it will not be possible for other parties to trace the data to you.
