Scan2PDF (“the App”) is designed to help users sacn the docs and build PDF files, so they can do OCR, add signature to and share the PDF with others. This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: It's NO need to create an account, we WON't collect your name and email.
Usage Data: We WON'T collect anonymous analytics such as feature usage, session duration, and in-app navigation to improve performance.
Audio Samples: Audio recordings remain ONLY on your device.
Support Requests: Emails or messages sent to our support team may contain personal information you provide, which we use solely to respond to your request.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with the following parties:
Service Providers: Trusted vendors who host analytics, crash reporting, or customer service tools under confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and partners.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and periodic security reviews. While we strive for best practices, no system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. Audio files uploaded for evaluation are deleted within 30 days of feedback delivery unless you request earlier removal.
The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children.

Request deletion of data and withdrawal of consent where legally applicable.
Opt out of non-essential analytics by adjusting in-app settings.
If you access the App from outside Canada, note that your data may be processed in Canada or the United States, where data protection laws may differ. We implement safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
