HCRP RULES !

This server is mainly focused on serious rp and we expect quality rp from your side and we strictly believe in character progression and interaction. Kindly read the below mentioned rules to help you with your time at HCRP

1. Community Rules

1.1 You are not allowed to discuss religious, political, or sensitive topics on the server.

1.2 You are not allowed to have roleplay which can deem to have racist, slavery or homophiblic acts.

1.3 You are also not allowed to make any kind of disparaging remarks against races , gender, religion, disabilities or sexual preference.

1.4 You aren't allowed at any given time to have any of the following

1.4.1 Offensive Steam Profile Name

1.4.2 Names having promotional links or promoting any brands of any manner.

1.5 HCRP is an Indian & Bangladeshi community: therefore we expect players to keep in mind the primary languages spoken in the community.

1.6 All the players playing must have access to a proper microphone as well as access to HCRP Official Discord Server [https://sites.google.com/view/hcrpv5] to ensure proper communications between you and the management team regarding RP related job application, server events and various other announcements.

1.7 You are not allowed to deliberately provoke any player playing on the server by being manipulative against him or the server..Following are the example of few cases which would result into breaking of this rule are

1.7.1 Server Ranting/Disrespecting Staff or Server,

1.7.2 Too much of name-calling or shaming against any individual playing on the server,

1.7.3 Attacks on a personal level by making sexist comments leading to a hostile environment.

2. Profanity and Toxicity

2.1 The incidents, interactions and roleplay situations in the server are to be kept within the city, refrain from taking it personal and discussing the do's, don'ts, could be's and would be's after the whole situation is over inside the city and/or outside the city.

2.2 Kindly refrain yourself from fighting fire with fire, you are all allowed to seek the help from the Staff Team to work out problems out in a civilized manner without any kind of toxicity or accusation which can negatively make the whole situation worse.

2.3 Keep a watch over your language when you are roleplaying on the server as there are many streamers playing on the server who strictly condemn any kind of profanity over their live streams. You must strictly abide by their request if they aren't comfortable by you swearing in front of them.

2.4 At any moment of time you are not allowed to judge anyone's RP. If you think if any particular player is breaking any server rules you can report that player but that doesn’t give you the right to defame that player. It's the work of the management to decide who gets to play and who doesn't.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for your own account. If we find that you are sharing your account with another player to play on the server then your account will be PERMANENTLY BANNED.

3.2 If by any chance your game account gets hacked , you are requested to contact the HCRP management for help.

3.3 You are requested not to click any of the phishing links sent to you over your personal DM’s on discord. If your discord ID gets hacked your whitelisted might be at a risk of termination to keep mindful of your discord handle.

4. Roleplay Rules

4.1 You must have a realistic name on your character followed by your character backstory at the time creating your character. If not following the same might result in you getting banned or your character getting deleted.

4.2 RANDOM DEATHMATCH [RDM] and VEHICLE DEATHMATCH [VDM] - No one is allowed to kill anyone without initiating any kind of roleplay or make use of their vehicle as a weapon. Keep in mind ramming and intentional pitting also come under these criteria.

4.3 You are not allowed to use 3rd party communication software like Discord, TeamSpeak etc or enact actions that can result in benefiting your in-game character. This would be a clear act of Metagaming and it would be a bannable offense.

4.4 You will not be allowed to use in-game mechanics or roleplay mechanics to gain an unprecedented advantage over others. This would be a clear act of Power Gaming it would be a bannable offense.

4.5 TORTURE RP is a very sensitive topic though it is generally allowed you must seek the consent of the opposite individual whether he/she wish to take part in the same. It’s advisable to include any of the staff members just to make sure the things don’t go out of hand.

4.6 If any player gets banned, you are not allowed to carry forward/manipulate the RP associated with respect to that player.

4.7 GOVERNMENT SERVICES AND DEPARTMENTAL SERVICES.

4.7.1 As a civilian/criminal you are not allowed to bait any of the government officials or to impersonate any of the government officials.

4.7.2 As a civilian/criminal you are not allowed to consider any of the government personnel as your personal loot box, i.e killing them just with the sole intention of robbing or taking their stuff. (Refer 4.15.2 for more on this)

4.7.3 As a government player you are not allowed to do anything illegal as it doesn't justify the backstory of your professional background. However, at any given specific time, you are allowed to resign and change the career path of your character.

4.7.4 Until and unless your resignation is accepted for your respective department you will still be a part of your department.

4.8 You are never allowed to break your character, you are only allowed to break your character when any member of staff comes to intervene with you. The same is also extended to making use of OOC terms when in character. If by chance you have any question you are requested to post it on either HCS [HCEP STAFF] or Help section over discord and await a response by the staff team.

4.9 You are not allowed to mix character information/money from one character to another to gain an advantage over anything.

4.10 You are not allowed to leave the server until and unless the situation you are involved in is not over from both sides.

4.11 You are not allowed to recall the situation or events if you respawn once you are down. You are not allowed to take force airlifts/respawn when you are requested by any of the government officials.

4.12 You must show the value of the life of your character at all times, failure for the same will not be tolerated.

4.13 SAFE ZONES - You will not be allowed to exit the city from the safe zone when you are in an active situation.

4.13.1 Legion inclusive of the motel entrance

4.13.2 AAll the government building i.e MRPD, Pillbox & City Hall

4.13.3 Burger Shot *TEMPORARY*.

4.14 Under no circumstances you are allowed to modify the usage of /ooc , /oocl and /me commands as they are given to enhance your rp-experience only.

4.15 SERIOUS ROLEPLAY AND CHARACTER PROGRESSION

4.15.1 You are always required to carry out all the roleplay scenarios as realistically as possible. This thing should also be kept in mind during the time of server restart.

4.15.2 When you are down or killed you are always required to act as per the situation presented before you. Depending upon your injury you are supposed to enact accordingly. For Example - if you are hit at the back of your head you become unconscious then you will have to act as if you are unconscious for some specific amount of time.

4.15.3 When you exit the pillbox after your treatment you should also keep in mind that your injuries don't magically heal themselves there is always some recovery period. You must always enact depending upon the severity of your injury.

4.15.4 You are to refrain from intentionally provoking any of the government enforcement agencies with the direct or indirect intention of baiting them. You are requested to treat them with respect if you wish to be treated back respectfully.

4.15.5 Fleeing or Code-Reds against law enforcement over small traffic violations or minor accidents will not be tolerated. Violence will not be tolerated over the situation which could be resolved peacefully just by talking. Violence should always be your last resort rather than first.

4.15.6 Upon the creation of the character you should take at least 1-2 weeks to properly develop your character storyline.

4.15.7 People directly roleplaying as a Drug Lord,Drug Dealer or Godfather of any criminal organization or family or anything remotely close right after their creation must have at least months of progressions and should not be rushed under any circumstances.

4.15.8 None of your character backstories must have the things mentioned in 4.15.7

4.15.9 You should also not force NPC's out of their cars just to sell them drugs as it's unrealistic and will be a bannable offense.

4.16.1 Just to let you know that using /reloadskin in game is for emergency purpose only. Example : Sometime glitch happens like when your knocked out or dead some peoples will not be able to see you. So doing /reloadskin command makes you visible again and many more ways to use this command to get out of glitches. But using this command will drop lvl 2/3 guns from your back as well as some drug items. This is also a glitch if you use this command to hide your guns or drug items from your back to hide it from police or citizens. If you abuse this glitch you will be in trouble mostly if any admin finds out checking it you will loss that item. So dont use this command to hide your guns or drug items in public. You have to keep your weapons and drug items on your back to do proper RP/ Fair RP. If you use this command to fix glitches and it drops your gun or drug items from your back then simply just bring your gun out of your inventory or if its a drug item just put it in a trunk and take it again to re-appear your gun or drug items on your back again.

4.17.1 There will be a new helicopter rule from now on. Recently we have given helicopters in EDM which a lot of peoples claimed it and using it daily. We have noticed that you guys are using the heli wrong way. A lot of peoples landing your helis mid street, in front of shops etc. which is unrealistic. So we came up with some rules to avoid these unrealistic heli usage ! Rules of what you can't do while flying a helicopter :

1. You can't land your helicopter in city at all.
2. You can't land near any stores, bank, gas pumps, houses [you get my point]
3. you can't land in any Police helipads
4. You can't store your helicopter in normal Garages.

Things you can do with your helicopter : -

1. You can land your helicopter in city but you have to land it in any normal helipads, theres a lot of normal helipads in city just find them and use them.
2. You can land your helicopter on Pillbox but you have to take permissions from EMS/ Fire departments first by calling 911 emergency. once they gives clearance to land you can land your helicopter on Pillbox helipad [Note: only for emergency]
3. In outside of city only in sandy shores area you can land your helicopter anywhere you want but you have to land it in big space. (note: you cant land your helicopter on roads)
4. If you want to go to a store in sandy shores look for a big space to land.
5. You can land in Palito Bay near beach areas


4.18.1 If your going in a situation try to record/stream that situation. Because that situation can save a lot of peoples and makes easy to explain. And if you provide us pictures we will only take action what we can see in the pictures. You cant explain a situation properly with pictures but if you cant record try getting pictures. Because 1 small detail can also solve the problem. But main thing is with no evidence. Your report will get rejected.

5. Criminals Rules and Hostage Rules

5.1 Maximum number of players allowed in any criminal activity is 6. (e.g., Processing Drugs, Gang Meetings, Fights between Groups, etc., Any Criminal Activity)

5.2 Giving out information on the radio will also count you in as a part of that scenario.

5.3 You are not allowed to engage in a combat situation which involves animation. (e.g., You cannot fight where player needs to press E to go inside

5.4 You are not allowed to use your friends or gang members as hostages. Hostages must be players that have no idea what you are planning.

5.5 You cannot start shooting at police just for attempting to pull you over. Such actions will be classed as clear RDM.

5.6 You cannot start shooting at police just for arresting you for a simple house robbery. Such actions will be classified as clear RDM.

5.7 You cannot just go to an unknown person for the means of Robbing and point a gun at him. Doing So will lead to a Permanent ban without Prior warning.

5.8 Bank Robbery – you must always equip a backpack in your outfit. **[MUST]**

5.8.1 Pacific Bank

✦ Minimum of 5 players and Maximum of 8 players will be allowed in this situation

✦ Maximum number of escaping vehicles allowed are 2.

✦ Minimum number of hostages required are 2.

5.8.1 Jewellery/Normal Banks

✦ Minimum number of players allowed in this situation is 4.

✦ Maximum number of players allowed in this situation is 6.

✦ Maximum number of escaping vehicles allowed will be 1.

✦ Minimum number of hostages required are 1.

5.8.1 Store Robbery

✦ Minimum number of players allowed in this situation is 2.

✦ Maximum number of players allowed in this situation are 3.

✦ Maximum number of escaping vehicles allowed will be 1.

✦ Minimum number of hostages required are 1.

5.9 At any given point of time if you are making any of the government officials a hostage make sure you have a very strong RP to support as it can be considered as an act of terrorism.

5.10 Refrain yourself from holding any player held as a hostage for more than 30 minutes.

5.11 When being made a hostage make sure that you comply with the demands at all the times not doing so will result in Fail RP.

6. Gang Rules

6.1 Will be posted once official gang rp announcement is made. Before that, you aren't allowed to make any kind of group/gang which is remotely close to Gang RP.

7. Reporting a Player

7.1 If there's a problem in the RP situation we will only take action who provides us with a solid video only and we will only take action on what we can see in the videos. Extra information will be ignored if you don't have a video of it.

7.2 No in-game /report will be entertained for any rule break until. In-Game reports are for the issues and problems which you face in-game. Player reports needs to be submitted to HCRP staff only.


8. Exploits and Third-Party Application.

8.1 You are not allowed to take undue advantage of any exploits or bugs which you encounter during the time you play on the server. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the server.

8.2 You are not allowed to use any third-party software which can modify the server variables like damage multiplier or aim assist.

8.3 We understand there are some of the other loopholes for some of the rules. You are advised to use your common sense and consult with the staff team first rather than just breaking a rule and getting banned.

Members of the management team have full authority to take necessary actions for any inappropriate act committed by any player however a player will have the right to appeal for the same. At the end of the day, we are all here to enjoy the game and escape the reality we live in.
