Mission Statement:  The Hancock County Outreach Center has been established to provide area youth with a productive, wholesome environment to enjoy social time with peers while learning how to interact with one another in a respectful manner. We strive to promote an inclusive community atmosphere and give youth a productive and safe space to build their moral character. Our mission is to offer our area youth the opportunity to engage in various activities that will help them build character and support a healthy self-image. We are committed to promoting our area youth to become the best version of themselves.
