Annoucement of Results

1. Exam results are typically release online in August (for June exam series) and January (for November exam series).

2. You will received your personal login details via your registered email before the announcement of results. Enter your login details to access your results online. You may print them out for reference, but they cannot be used as official documents. 

3. About one month after the announcement of results, you may collect an official printed record, namely Statement of Results (SOR) of your results at school.

4. About two months after the announcement of results, an official certificate from Cambridge will be ready for collection at school. If you have lost your exam certificate, please inform school. We will submit an application on your behalf. CIE will issue a certifying statement as proof of your examination results. It will take about one month to process.

5. You are not allowed to combine the results taken in two seating into one certificate.

Collection of Results 

1. School will notify through your class WhatsApp group chat once these documents are ready to be collected at the school administrative office.

2. Candidates should come personally to school to collect the documents. If you are unable to do so, you may authorize someone to collect on behalf. 

3. Please write/print an authorization letter (written/printed on a clean A4 size paper), enclosed with a photocopy of your Mykad/Passport. Give it to the person whom will be collecting on your behalf. Do not Email the authorization letter to the school.

4. If you are not in the country, please write/print the letter, and copy of your Mykad/Passport and email to the authorized person. He/she would have to print out and bring the letter together with their own original ID.

Regarding your Results

1. If candidate was absent or withdrawn from one or more components of a subject, you are not eligible for the award of a grade and thus will be shown as ‘NO RESULT’ or ‘X’.

2. If you are unhappy with the results of your exam and you wish to query your results, you can request for a Results Enquiry by filling up a form. Kindly acquire at the school's Studies Department within oine week after the announcement of the results.

3. For submission of Results Enquiry, please note that:

I. Results Enquiry will incur a fee based on the type of service you required. 

II. You grade could go down as well as up as a result of Results Enquiry.

III. It is not possible to remark Speaking Test.
