Interview

We created an interview of 15 questions. Below is our template.

1. Financials

   1. To what extent do you budget for a trip? What do you/do you not plan for?

   2. What is your experience with finding prices for services online? What websites are used and how useful are they for your needs?

   3. How do you track your spending while planning?

   4. Remember your most recent vacation planning experience. What factors(hotel, activities, food) were influenced by budget the most?

   5. Have you ever spent large amounts of money (unplanned) during a trip? Describe why and how much you spent. (ex: seeing something interesting while on the trip but did not plan for)

2. Health and Safety

   1. How do you feel about the current travel restrictions due to the pandemic?

   2. What accommodations would you be interested in implementing during your future travels? (ex. contactless delivery, online check-ins, etc.)

   3. Would you be interested in being able to view crowd levels before going places?

   4. Which security measures make you feel safer? (ex. mask mandate, hand sanitizer stations, etc.)

   5. Would you travel to places that did not offer these precautions?

3. Organization/Planning

1. How do you usually book appropriate accommodations for your vacation?

2. How often do you use a travel agent to plan your travel?

3. How early do you begin planning your itinerary for your scheduled travel?

4. What limitations do you feel you come across when you begin planning for a trip?

5. How would you describe a perfectly organized trip?
