This space is for University of Iowa students who would like to apply as a mentee.

Instructions for Mentee Applicants:
Review the Program Overview/Rules & Expectations document HCHA MT Overview Doc .
Make sure you’re ready to commit to meeting with your mentor at least once a month (virtual or in-person).
Look over the available mentor profiles and choose your top three.
Complete the Mentee Application Form linked below.
After submission, you will receive an email confirming we have your application and an explanation of what comes next.
