Rooted in History. Driven by Community. Inspired by the Future.

For 99 years, the Hardin County Democratic Woman’s Club (HCDWC) has been part of the fabric of Hardin County, Kentucky, bringing people together, encouraging civic participation, and empowering voices in our community.

Nearly a century of history is something to celebrate. But we’re not just honoring where we’ve been. We’re building what’s next.

Who We Are

HCDWC is a community of passionate, engaged individuals who believe that informed voters, strong relationships, and active participation help create a better future for everyone.

We believe politics should be more than debates and elections. It should be about people, possibilities, and making a meaningful difference right where we live.

Through community events, voter education, fellowship, and civic engagement, we create opportunities for people to connect, learn, lead, and make their voices heard.

Our Mission

To encourage civic engagement, promote Democratic values, support voter education, and empower individuals to become active participants and leaders in their communities.

Honoring Our Past. Empowering Our Future.

For nearly a century, generations of women have helped shape the story of HCDWC.

Today, we proudly carry that legacy forward while creating space for fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, younger generations, and tomorrow’s leaders.

Whether you’ve been involved in politics for decades or are just beginning to discover the power of your voice, there is a place for you here.
