To get on the schedule to post content, make sure to pitch your idea in the sign up sheet (pink button)! Once your pitch is approved, it will be added to our Content Budget.
We need the day it'll be posted, the type of content it is, and the general idea of the content being planned.

This is a shared template, so please read all instructions and ask questions before making any edits.
We're always looking for new trends to follow on our tiktok! While we love content that relates specifically to UC or Cincinnati, any college-related content is perfect.
Pitch your idea Avery or Olivia before creating.
Once you have the perfect idea for an Instagram post or TikTok video, pitch your idea through this link. You can add your own idea or used pre-listed ideas. If you have any questions, contact Avery or Olivia (contact info above).
You will get a message from Olivia or Avery when you're idea is approved (they may also have feedback or advice for your post). Once you have gotten a message from the exec, it's time to get to creating!
For Instagram: Follow the link above to the Canva template where you can create each page of your post (we find Carousel posts to be most engaging). You will find all of our colors, backgrounds, and fonts in that file.
For TikTok: We recommend using Capcut to create any videos. This way, you have access to more editing tools, and you can export and send your video to exec for approval.
Time to get final approval before we post! Please message Olivia/Avery once you've finished creating (Instagram: We will check your post directly on Canva; TikTok: Please send us the exported CapCut video). This ensures that we've caught any small typos or errors that maybe slipped through.
Extra Note for Tiktok: Please also send us a link to the sound you would like to be added! This way, we can add that in last to help expand the reach of our post.
Once we've double checked everything, you can sit back, relax, and wait for the post to go live! Exec will communicate with you when posts are scheduled. If you have a post scheduled, don't wait until the last minute to contact the team!
