HCBA App ("the App") is the official mobile application for members of HCBA to access receipts, notices, member details, and association-related services.
The App may collect limited user information such as:
Member name
Mobile number
Email address
Login credentials
Profile image or uploaded documents (if provided by the user)
The collected information is used only for:
Member authentication
Displaying receipts and notices
Managing member-related services
Communication related to association activities
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
All data is transmitted securely and protected against unauthorized access.
The App may request access to photos or files only for uploading profile images or supporting documents related to member services.
Users may request correction or deletion of their data through HCBA administration.
