Teaching
I provide courses of economic history at both graduate and undergraduate level. I enjoy to teach a variety of topics, with particular regard to gender, labour and living standards in the long run. I am passionate about teaching, and this is noticeable on how much effort I put on stimulating participation on classroom.
The latest student anonymous feedback survey (2022/2033) is available upon request.
I also had the opportunity of supervising two Msc dissertations in Economics:
Hanyu Li (2023). Gender distribution in the industrial sector: the cases of Japan and Korea, 1980s-1990s. Msc in Economics (Economics, Univ. of Manchester, UK).
Minhui Nie (2023). The role that gender took in poverty: the case of Brazil, 1950-2000. Msc in Financial Economics (Economics, Univ. of Manchester, UK).
