The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation will be conducting work on Kamehameha Highway from Kapuhi Street to Dairy Road. This project includes pavement milling, reconstruction of weakened pavement areas; pavement marking and striping; guardrail improvements; adjusting utility manholes and boxes; drainage improvements; installation of milled rumble strips; repairing damaged box culvert; and upgrading and/or installing culvert rails and endposts.
