My current research work focuses on understanding the intricate hydrological processes and their interactions using non-linear methods across multiple scales. This involves developing novel frameworks and indices to analyze these interactions comprehensively. By employing non-linear methods, my work addresses the complexities and non-linearities inherent in natural hydrological systems, which are often oversimplified in traditional models. The frameworks and indices are developing to capture these complexities, providing a more nuanced understanding of hydrological processes. Testing these frameworks and indices in diverse geographical regions allows for the refinement and validation of the methodologies, ensuring their applicability and reliability. By doing so, I hope to contribute to better modeling strategies that can predict and manage water resources more efficiently.
