REMEMBER TO PRINT OUT SENIOR CORD VERIFICATION LOGS IF YOU WANT TO QUALIFY FOR A CORD FOR GRADUATION !! These are not required, but they are encouraged !
Note: Seniors are required to complete 5 NHS hours, 10 Tutoring hours, and 5 Other hours, with an optional additional10 cord hours. Juniors are required to complete 10 NHS hours, 15 Tutoring hours, and 5 Other hours. Sophomores are required to complete 15 NHS hours, 5 Tutoring hours, and 5 Other hours.
Also, for those that can download our NHS IOS app, these paper logs are a good backup to keep track of hours and for those that cannot get the app, these logs will be how you verify your hours.
Be sure to take pictures of your verification logs often so that, in case you lose it, you have proof that you attended events and fulfilled your hours!
Print the one corresponding to your grade level.
