Step 1: Fill out the application
In “About Yourself” area, include the following information:
- Greeting
- Name, grade (senior, junior, etc.), and school (spell it out)
- Say you are members of NHS at HBHS
- Fave/best subjects for tutoring, specify which classes you’re taking
- That you’re excited to tutor with Tutorfly and why you tutor people!!
- OPTIONAL - What you’re involved with (extracurriculars)

Step 2: Verify email address
The Tutorfly Team will send you an email for this purpose. Just click the link in the body!
Step 3: Submit other application materials
- The Tutorfly Team will send you another email with a Slides presentation and two videos. You should review all three.
- Take the review quiz linked in step 1 of the message.
- Log into your account and update your password and bio, if need be.
- Reply to their email with a 30 second video about why you'd like to tutor with Tutorfly. Just be professional, and be yourself! It doesn't need to be fancy.
- You all have this down. Be your amazing selves!
- Remember: get out of your comfort zone, make sure the other person feels comfortable and encouraged, and no meeting in creepy locations! Be safe!
