Session registration is free. After you've reviewed the Session Descriptions and Presenter Information sections of this website, click here to register for HBHM and select your sessions or click the form below.
Space for in-person sessions is limited so please register at your earliest convenience.

The ACT 48 Form will be available at lunchtime on the day of the conference. Act 48 will be awarded up until October 31st. After that, the Act 48 Form will no longer accept responses.
