For any kind of Accident or Incident the P.D.S.C Dose not hold a any responsibility.

Note

1. The P.D.S.C. will not be responsible for any kind of damage/accident during the duty hours.

2. Cheak all particulars (papers) before release the driver.

3. The Driver Booking is accepted subject to availability and also subject to the Driver's reporting on duty on the day of booking the P.D.S.C will make effort but not take any responsibility of non reporting of the Driver on duty or otherwise.

4. The member will ge priority over non-members all booking have to be made at the P.D.S.C office and not through the drivers.

5. No booking is accepted for three consecutive days at a time. No particulars Driver or condition booking will be entertained.

6. In case the car is in unfit condition the driver may refuse to drive but payment to be made for requesitioning the driver.

7. The car must have all valid documents at responsibility of the owner.

8. P.D.S.C will not be responsible for any Driver Accident during the duty hours.

9. The Driver is authorised to cheak all documents related to car. Similary the owner responsibility to cheak validity of Driver's License.

10. Any Lageg not carry in the Driver
