This page contains a detailed overview of my action plan for implementing flipped learning in my teaching practice. It covers all the crucial steps and strategies I will take, from pre-class preparation to in-class activities and post-class assessments. My goal is to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for my students, and I will leave no stone unturned to achieve it.
Follow the instructions on UNIT 7 of the training module.

Action Plan :
Phase 1 : Preparing for Flipped Learning
Before class where we set the stage for learning . Teacher shows a video using Edpuzzle with students flexible access. Pupils may watch the videos at school during recess, or in groups. Since they may not be familiar with the 4 season, we relate with something they can experience around them.
Phase 2 : Implementation of Flipped Learning
Pupils recap the video by answering some questions. They then will be introduced with the key vocabulary and pictures related to each season. Teacher use real objects for hands on learning. I connect vocabularies to their daily environment.
Phase 3 : In Class Activity and Engagement
Pupils do hands on learning through collaboration and engagement in the class. instead of just pictures, we use real objects at each station during group activity. Discussion and peer support are necessary during this phase. Each group is assigned with only one subtopic to reduce language load. They can still learn when seeing other group's presentation.
Phase 4 : Reflection and Adjustment
Students reflect on what they have learned. Use oral responses, drawings and gestures for reflections. This is where teachers provides support to those who need extra guidance and support on the topic.
Phase 5 : Scaling and Integration
This is the phase where students take learning beyond the classroom. Students share their learning with classmates, school community and their family. Family involvement strengthens connections and confidence. Use of local language is encouraged with English where appropriate.
