HPA School Uniform Shop

The HPA and its volunteers run a second-hand uniform shop stocking uniform, sports kit, footwear and fancy dress from nursery age up to Year 8. 

Where to find us

The shop is located at the Main Site in Wolfs Hill, in the building immediately on the left as you enter the car park. No appointment is necessary. Payment is accepted by contactless/card only. 

Shop opening hours (term time):

• Wednesday 8am - 9am

• Friday 8am - 9am

Re-Sale of Uniform

If you have items that you no longer require you can either donate or sell them via the HPA Uniform shop. Items should be freshly laundered and in a re-saleable condition.

To simply donate your items, please bag them up and drop off to the shop during opening hours, the shop volunteers will label your items and 100% of the sale price will go towards the endeavours of our HPA (Hazelwood Parents Assosiation). 

Alternatively, if you wish to sell your items through the HPA shop then please complete a sales ticket and attach to the item with a safety pin, 70% of the proceeds will be returned to you with 30% going to the HPA. 

While you are a student at Hazelwood School your share of the proceeds from the sale of your items will appear as a credit on your school invoice as issued by the Finance Department the following term. However, if you no longer have any children at Hazelwood school then please complete a School Shop Leavers Form to ensure that proceeds can be paid directly into your nominated bank account.

Collection / Postal Items

If you have items to collect these can be found in the coded box outside of the sportshall, if you have paid and not yet recieved your collection code, please do contact us at hazelwoodschoolshop@gmail.com

If you have requested a postal delivery please allow 3-5 working days to recieve your items from receiving your proof of posting email. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send us an email to hazelwoodschoolshop@gmail.com 

RETURNS

Returns can be made in person at our existing on site school shop or can be left in our lock box outside the sports hall.

Returns made to our on site coded box will require the completed form to be included in the bag with the items.
