Secrets On The Breeze is the second volume in McIntyre's acclaimed rural trilogy, following on from For Love of Mary Kate.
From Dublin and Donegal to the streets of New York and Canada, the lives of four women are changed irrevocably by love, fear and dark secrets they must keep.
Mary Kate begins teaching in the small, rural school in Donegal where she had been a pupil and becomes entangled in the lives of the people around her, as she struggles to unravel the maliganant secrets lurking in the past. She survives lost love, rejection and loneliness, finally succeeding in finding the love she has longed for, putting the ghosts of her past to rest.
A truely wonderful read! I read 'For Love of Mary Kate' and simply had to read the follow on--'Secrets.' I was not dissapointed; it is a must for all lovers of good reads.
