Pre-professional Programme
This level is intended for dancers training at a near-professional or professional standard with extensive technical experience.
The program demands mastery of complex technique, precision, strength, and refined artistry. Pointe
Ballet
Pointe work is an advanced ballet discipline in which dancers rise onto the tips of their toes using specialised pointe shoes.
This class demands strong technical foundations, precise alignment, core stability, and significant strength in the feet, ankles, and legs. Training focuses on safe, structured progression, controlled technique, and correct execution, with close attention to injury prevention and technical accuracy. Advancement to full pointe is approached gradually and only when appropriate.
Suitable for advanced dancers who meet the required technical and strength standards. Placement is strictly at the teacher’s discretion.
Classical Ballet
Technique
Classical ballet is a traditional and disciplined ballet style that forms the foundation of all ballet training.
This programme focuses on correct technique, precision, control, and refined artistry, developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and musicality. Training includes structured work at the barre, centre, and across the floor, enabling dancers to execute movements with clarity, elegance, and consistency.
Suitable for dancers seeking a strong technical foundation and classical performance quality.
Repertory
Ballet
Repertoire focuses on the study and performance of classical and contemporary ballet works, including recognised variations, pas de deux, and ensemble pieces from the classical canon.
Training draws from famous ballets such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, and Don Quixote, developing performance quality, musicality, stylistic accuracy, and artistic expression. Dancers refine technique while learning to embody character, style, and stage presence.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced dancers with a strong technical foundation.
Body Con and Stretch
Class
Body Conditioning is designed to support and enhance dance training through targeted strength, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness.
Classes focus on functional, dance-specific conditioning, strengthening the core, hips, legs, and stabilising muscles essential for balance, control, jumps, and sustained movement. Flexibility and mobility are developed safely through controlled stretching and joint-friendly exercises, promoting longer lines and reduced injury risk.
This programme improves stamina, alignment, coordination, and overall physical resilience, supporting dancers across all styles and levels.
Suitable for dancers seeking to improve strength, flexibility, injury prevention, and performance quality.
