"Dr. Liebenow is one of, if not, the best professor I have had in my 3 years as an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto. She is not only an amazing instructor, but reasonable and accommodating as well. She managed to keep me engaged during lectures, which is difficult as they are 3 hours long. Usually, I will not attend lectures physically after hearing that lectures are recorded (as I commute 2 hours one way to class). However, I have attended each of her lectures. She makes her expectations for assignments and tests clear from the start. When there is uncertainty, she ensures that it is cleared up and understood. Overall, amazing."
"Dr. Liebenow demystified learning a content–heavy course and made it incredibly interesting. The discussion of papers every week at the start of class is a great way to refresh the mind with concepts from the previous lecture, and Dr. Liebenow always picks interesting articles to read. She is always encouraging her students before exams, which I appreciate and find comforting."
"Professor Liebenow is extremely knowledgeable and makes the course engaging and interesting. I love that she uses videos, as it helped me remember course content and and was just very engaging. Her lectures were also very easy to follow, and she talks slowly and really works hard to explain concepts. She is such a lovely and kind person, and creates such a warm and welcoming environment. I have had trouble in previous PSY courses, but I really love PSY and find it interesting, and Professor Liebenow made social PSY so easy to follow and understand. I am now looking to pursue a PSY minor along with my PCJ and Poli Sci majors :) Thank you Professor Liebenow!!!"
