Where Do We Hope to Go?
Our vision for this company is to expand the technology of dielectrophoresis (DEP) and separations science in microfluidics to all sectors that need to identify and quantify medically relevant particles. This can be human cells, bacteria, viruses, exosomes, peptides, antibodies, antigens, and biomarkers. We want to reach all relevant industries including veterinary medicine, agriculture, industry, manufacturing, research, and product development where bioparticles need to be identified and quantified. Over the next five years we hope that our technology will replace medical tests that currently give delayed results, are technically demanding to perform, or have a high cost, with tests that give immediate results, have low cost, and are easy to perform.
