Welcome to Haydon Meadow Pre-school
Our pre-school is a family run setting providing a safe, secure and fun learning environment. We have been operating for over 40 years, with staff who have a passion for early years.

We aim to provide children with high quality play opportunities in a safe and stimulating environment, working towards the goals outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
We understand that all children learn and develop in their own way and our staff are highly skilled at supporting children to develop their individual learning, enabling them to reach their full potential.

We offer two options for our full day sessions. 8:45am-2:45pm or 9:00am-3:00.pm

Our morning sessions are 8:45am-11-45am and our afternoon sessions are 12:00pm-3:00pm

Families are welcome to purchase additional non funded hours. Our current rates for these hours are as follows :
Current Rate: £6.25 per hour
From September 2026 (2026-2027 Academic Year): £6.50 per hour
Voluntary Charges for Snack
Voluntary Charges for Snack
We offer a voluntary snack option providing fresh fruit and a variety of daily snacks. This is charged as a flat rate based on your child's weekly attendance pet term:
Cost: £1.00 per hour attended weekly (charged per term)
Example: A child attending 30 hours per week would have a voluntary snack charge of £30.00 per term.
Note on voluntary charge: Parent / carers are able to opt out of paying for voluntary chargeable extras by providing their own in line with our weekly snacks.
