Why is HaydenBot frequently offline?

Keeping HaydenBot online is not free, and we need funds to keep the bot stable for a long period of time. You can donate by clicking here to help HaydenBot stay online.

Why is HaydenBot not responding to me even though it is online?

There is a numerous amount of reasons HaydenBot may not respond to you when it is online. Make sure you are spelling the commands correctly and in all lowercase, as the commands are case sensitive. If the bot still will not respond, please say something in the support channel.

Why does HaydenBot need so many permissions?

HaydenBot needs some permissions to function normally, or else the bot would simply do nothing. If you run h!invite, the only permissions the bot needs are in the recommended invite link. Note however if you use this link, future commands may not work.

I donated, but I didn't get Premium. Why?

In order to get Premium, you have to DM me. If you do not DM me saying you payed for premium, then you will only gain access to our Patron-only channels.

What happens when I lose Premium?

Upon losing premium, all Premium commands and statuses will become unusable as if you never had Premium in the first place. Anything you have earned (money for example) does not reset.

I see someone abusing HaydenBot in a way that is against terms. What should I do?

If you or someone you know is abusing HaydenBot in a way that is against any terms whether it is Discord's or ours, please report them to a staff member immediately with sufficient proof. You will receive one week of HaydenBot Premium for free if your report is honest and correct.

How was HaydenBot created?

HaydenBot was created using a third-party app that doubles as a command handler and a bot host.
