Todmorden Pier - Variation

Built from 'Besser' blocks. Three assemblies - top 'floating' round paver platform on levelling feet, round paver levelling base glued to a single besser block (construction adhesive), two besser blocks on top of round paver base (glued). The bottom two assemblies are tied together by a bolt so the pier can be disassembled for re-location if needed. The whole assembly sits freely in a large square paver.
