Hawai'i Youth Rugby - HYR is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We serve as the State Governing Board - SGB (formerly referred to as State Rugby Organization - SRO) to USA Rugby and USA Youth & High School Rugby. HYR facilitates and assists Hawai'i USA Rugby members in fulfilling our purpose. USA Rugby provides its members with liability and accident insurance.
