Product Proposals

If your organization is interested in offering your product(s) or service(s) to HLC members, please do the following to initiate a dialog with the governing board so that we may consider your offer.

• Use the site’s Contact form to email the HLC Governing Board.

• Provide contact information for company sales representative.

• Include a brief description of your specific resource(s).

• Detail how pricing will be calculated for the resource(s), e.g., FTE, flat rate, per document, etc.

• Does your organization require a minimum number of participating consortium members? If so, how many?

• Will you provide a time-limited trial to members for evaluation purposes?

• Links to product brochures, presentations, demos, etc.

The HLC President will follow up with you and request any additional information, as necessary.
