Havlo (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“App”).
When you use Havlo, you may enter personal health and wellness data, such as:
Sleep duration
Glucose/sugar readings
Mood and energy levels
Social activity
Physical activity and pain levels
We do not require or collect personally identifying information beyond your login credentials (email and password) provided through Firebase Authentication.
Your data is used only for the purpose of helping you track your wellness journey. This includes:
Generating insights and averages (e.g., sleep hours, glucose levels).
Showing your historical entries within the app.
We do not share, sell, or use your data for advertising.
Data is securely stored in Google Firebase services.
All transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Access to your data requires your Firebase login credentials.
We do not store your password—authentication is handled by Firebase.
You have full control over your data:
You can view or edit your entries at any time.
You can delete your account, which permanently deletes your data from our servers.
We do not retain data once an account is deleted.
Havlo uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication and secure data storage. Firebase’s Privacy Policy can be reviewed here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Havlo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
