Design your ad using an app, such as Canva, send it to the yearbook, and pay with a check (we do not accept cash). Do not send in hard copy materials as we only accept completed digital designs. Below are some of our pre-made templates for you to use. You can then upload your design in our Google Form, which is linked in a button at the bottom of this screen. 

Be sure to fill out a purchase form and send in your full check or money order payment made out to BathCSD. We ask that you be sure we received your order by using the button below a few days after you order. Let us know right away if there are any issues.

Steps:

1. Select a size, fill out a form, and prepare your payment.

2. Begin designing using the Canva links below.

3. Upload your completed design into our digital submission form.

4. Send in the order form and payment to Kim Ortiz in the High School.

Step 1: Start by downloading your design from Canva as a JPG into your Downloads folder (or another destination on your computer).

Step 2: Find your download and add it to this Google Form (button below). You can find your design in your computer's download folder (or the destination you sent it to on your computer).
