During raid hour players will normally meet in the following areas

Romford Station Gym (winter)

Lodge Farm Park (summer)  Due To No EX Raids Raid, Hour Will Start At The Romford Station.

Hornchurch Harrow Lodge Park

Harold Hill

During the summer months the start of raid hour in Romford is moved to Lodge Farm Park. This is so EX raid eligible Gyms can be done first to increase you chance of getting and EX raid pass.
