Our cabin is fully heated automatically, thanks to an efficient and environmentally friendly heat pump that utilizes the natural warmth of the earth through deep drilling.

The accommodation is limited to a maximum of 6 persons.
Pets are not allowed.
The local tourist tax is 2.10 Euros per person aged 17 and above per night.
This is payable upon arrival. For bookings of less than 7 nights, a one-time cleaning fee of 80 Euros will be charged.
Please note that towels, shower towels, as well as bed and pillowcases, must be brought along.

Payment Terms:

The booking becomes binding upon payment of the 30% deposit for confirmation. The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date and should be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that in case of cancellations, the deposit already made will be retained as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 90 days and up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged. In case of cancellation within less than 30 days before the arrival date, on the day of arrival itself, or in case of no-show, the entire rental price will be charged. Please inform me in a timely manner if you are unable to start your vacation. I assure you that I am always striving to find an amicable solution and to react flexibly.

ARB:
For any influence on the Alpine hut due to force majeure events such as strikes, war, local power and water outages, or severe weather conditions, no liability is assumed. If the use of the rental property is not possible due to force majeure and no alternative property can be arranged, the liability is limited to a maximum of the amount already paid by the customer. Likewise, the landlord is not liable for noise disturbances caused by construction activities on neighboring properties. The use of the holiday property, including all associated outdoor areas, is at your own risk; the landlord assumes no liability for accidents. No claims for compensation can be made. The customer is responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, and cash brought onto the premises; the landlord assumes no liability for burglary thefts. The tenant is personally liable for damages caused by their own, their cohabitant's, or visitors' animals to the rental property. Furthermore, the tenant is obligated to report any damages or defects to the rental property directly to the owner, manager, or authorities on site.
