Beliefs

We at Holly Ave United Methodist Church believe in an inclusive and loving Church that believes in the Triune God who sent the son, Jesus Christ, to Earth to save us from our sins. As such, we want to share that good news with people of all color, race, nationality, and genders. We want to praise God through God's inspired word of scripture as we continue to develop our own individual faiths. As a community of believers, we also hope to help those who are less fortunate through the gift of food by way of the Holly Ave Food Pantry.

We understand that there are a multitude of beliefs in the world and that turmoil and sin are rampant. Our church is not for the perfect, though, but for the imperfect. We come together in our brokenness to praise a Lord whose divine gift of Grace delivers us from all evils and into relationship with the Creator of all things. We welcome anyone and everyone to come as they are and join us in fellowship. Our doors are open to you.
