The conference registration will open on May 1, 2022.

Please fill in the form provided on THIS LINK and send it BOTH to Ms. Ana Cristina Silva at acsilva@elach.uminho.pt and Ms. Filipa Pereira at a81712@alunos.uminho.pt.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Early-bird registration - Until June 1, 2022:

Scholars: €100 / Students: €50

• Late registration - Closes on June 15, 2022:

Scholars: €150 / Students: €75

• On-location payment (only for attendees not presenting a paper)

Scholars: €200 / Students: €100

Students are required to provide a scanned copy of their ID card together with the registration form. Please note that the conference fee will be higher after June 1.

The registration fee includes:

• Conference materials: book of abstracts + programme + name tag + certificate of attendance

• Coffee breaks

• Music recital

• Tour of downtown Braga

The registration fee does NOT include:

• Conference dinner (Friday 8 July, optional: €30)

• Regular meals (lunch and dinner)

• Travel

• Accommodation

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Payment is to be made by bank transfer. All details are provided in the REGISTRATION FORM (see above).

A receipt of the transaction should be scanned and sent, together with the registration form, to the following addresses simultaneously: acsilva@elach.uminho.pt and a81712@alunos.uminho.pt. The subject should read: "Hate Speech Conference Registration".

Participants wishing to pay on location (a pricier option) should make it clear on the registration form, by indicating the corresponding amount on the "Total due" line.
