Our Local Goals
Restore existing plants to fully operational status and in compliance with all laws & regulations.
Run the existing plants through Dutchess County Water & Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) with at least 2 certified sewer operators who have at least 5 years experience managing the same system models; require at least 1 certified operator to be on-site daily to perform testing and system checks.
Remediate the environmental damage to the local site.
Halt any expansion plans for the current site; develop alternative site(s), and possibly decentralized systems, for future wastewater needs and new developments (to be clear- we support new, affordable housing!).
