• Between March and June 2020, I worked as a lecturer at the Centre for Actuarial Research (CARe) where I lectured postgraduate students a statistics course about demography and health.

• At CARe, due to the outbreak of COVID, I had to adapt to interactive online teaching and creative project-based assessment methods.

• From 2017 until 2018, I worked as a statistical analyst at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor (OVC) on a highly sensitive project about possible ethnic bias with respect to adhominem promotion.

• I presented my work at the OVC to the executive council of the university to great acclaim and published a refereed research article based on the results.

• In 2015, I served as a data analyst at the Statistical Consulting Unit where I worked on research projects with experts in the medical field for publication in refereed scientific journals.

• From 2012 to 2020, I served as teaching assistant for different undergraduate and postgraduate statistics courses at the Department of Statistical Sciences.

January - April 2017: Quantitative Analyst

• Worked as a part-time contractor. I was hired to design an automated implementation of the smart beta financial investing strategy.

• I completed my task successfully by creating an efficient function in R accordingly. I also submitted a comprehensive report and a help document.
