# Privacy Policy — CinderSprint
**Last updated:** 2026-06-23
CinderSprint is a single-player volcanic endless runner game that runs entirely on your device.
## The short version
CinderSprint does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The game is fully offline and stores your progress only on your own device.
## Information we collect
None. CinderSprint does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics.
## Data stored on your device
CinderSprint saves a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device using an on-device database (Hive). This stays on your device and is never uploaded:
- High scores and best-run statistics
- Game progress and unlocked content
- Local settings and preferences (e.g. audio toggles)
This data never leaves your device. Removing the app deletes all of it.
## Permissions
- **INTERNET** — This permission is declared in the Android manifest but is **not used**. CinderSprint makes no network requests; there is no networking code in the app. The permission is a leftover default from the project template and carries no data off your device.
No other runtime permissions (camera, location, microphone, contacts, photos, storage) are requested.
## Network use
CinderSprint is fully offline. It does not contact any servers, does not load remote content, and does not send any data over the network. The only outward-facing action is the optional native "share" sheet (via the system share dialog) when you choose to share a score — this hands a short text/score to your device's own share menu and sends nothing to us.
## Third-party services
None. CinderSprint does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-login SDKs. There are no third-party services receiving your data.
## Children's privacy
CinderSprint does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app poses no data-privacy risk to children under COPPA or GDPR-K. It contains no ads and no in-app purchases.
## Your rights and control over your data
Because all data is stored locally and nothing is collected or transmitted, you are always in full control. To erase everything CinderSprint has stored, simply uninstall the app — this removes all local game data from your device. There is no remote copy to request or delete.
## Changes to this policy
