Hashiq Assistant is an AI-powered Android assistant designed to help users interact with their devices using voice commands and accessibility features.
Features may include:
Voice command recognition
Application launching
Accessibility-based navigation
Quick Settings control
Notification access
PDF reading
Task and reminder management
Notes management
Widget support
Device automation
AI-powered conversational assistance
Features may change, improve, or be removed in future releases.
You agree to:
Use the application only for lawful purposes.
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Not misuse Accessibility Service.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the application without permission.
Review commands before execution.
Use the application responsibly.
Certain features require Android permissions including:
Microphone
Accessibility Service
Notifications
Camera (optional)
Contacts (optional)
Location (optional)
You are responsible for reviewing these permissions before granting them. You may revoke permissions at any time using Android Settings.
Important Accessibility Disclosure
Accessibility Service is used only after you manually enable it.
It performs only actions explicitly requested by you.
It is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or monitoring.
Screen content is not collected or stored.
No accessibility data is shared with third parties.
You may disable the service at any time from Android Settings.
You remain in complete control of Hashiq Assistant. You can disable Accessibility Service, revoke permissions, or uninstall the application at any time.
Hashiq Assistant, including its source code, user interface, graphics, logos, branding, documentation, and other original content, is the intellectual property of Hashiq VK unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Your use of Hashiq Assistant is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how permissions, local storage, Accessibility Service, and other information are handled.
By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Hashiq Assistant may rely on third-party Android system services, including but not limited to:
Android Speech Recognition
Android Text-to-Speech
Google Play Services (when available)
Android Accessibility Framework
These services are governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Hashiq Assistant is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hashiq VK makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:
Continuous availability.
Error-free operation.
Accuracy of voice recognition.
Compatibility with every Android device.
Availability of third-party services.
Suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashiq VK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Incorrect voice recognition.
Device incompatibility.
Accessibility actions requested by the user.
Loss of data.
Application crashes.
Temporary service interruptions.
Third-party service failures.
Hashiq Assistant is not intended to be used for emergency communications, medical assistance, law enforcement, or life-critical situations.
Do not rely on the application to contact emergency services or provide emergency assistance.
You may stop using Hashiq Assistant at any time by uninstalling the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to certain services or future online features if necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the application.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately after publication within the application or through an updated release.
Continued use of Hashiq Assistant after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of India.
