We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile applications (“apps”).

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We keep user data only as long as necessary for app functionality, compliance, or legal requirements.
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us (see Section 7).
Cached and anonymous analytics data may be retained longer for statistical purposes.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your country). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access and request a copy of your personal data; request correction or deletion; opt out of personalized advertising; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us (see Section 7).

End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for mobile applications published by HashCore on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using any HashCore app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
2. LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with these terms, HashCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal or non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases (e.g. “Pro” or premium features).
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (e.g. monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s store settings (Google Play: Subscriptions; Apple: Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Prices and availability may change. We will communicate important changes where required by the stores.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps.
Use our apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use our apps to distribute malware or harm other users or devices.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, and technology in our apps are owned by HashCore or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the apps.
6. DISCLAIMER
Our apps are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use at your own risk.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashCore and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps (including loss of data or profits). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the apps ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimer, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, we may notify you in the app or via the stores where required.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country.
