I got PhD in Statistics from the University of Tehran and PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Technology of Troyes. During the PhD period, I started my thesis project on maintenance optimization in a dynamic environment and came to propose some methods to handle masked data and use statistical and machine learning algorithms to optimize different maintenance policies in presence of unavailability of information.
