My interests are to design and use computational approach to study protein and DNA. Now, I am mainly focus on the following fields:

• Developing machine learning methods to identify protein function and type.

• Designing computational method to predict DNA/RNA modification site and subcellular localization.

• Developing machine learning methods to predict the activity of chemically modified siRNA/miRNA drugs.

• Analysis and prediction of DNA regulatory elements such as nucleosome, promoter and palindrome sequence.
