Haryana Roadways provides only the facility for transacting with its Online e-Ticketing/ Reservation System through the Internet. Haryana Roadways’s rules for reservation and booking apply to all such transactions along with special terms & conditions imposed for Internet based booking. The same will be apply, if you wish to use the Haryana Roadways's Online e-Ticket booking service offered through this website. Please go through the terms & conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may transact on the said website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this website. Once you have clicked the 'I Agree' button at the bottom of Terms & Conditions, you have entered into a formal agreement with Haryana Roadways for the purpose of transactions on this website.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible through the Haryana Mobile application unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. This app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Log Data

This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the passenger and Haryana Roadways with respect to this website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Haryana Roadways with respect to this website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

General:

Boarding of Passengers : Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “NO-SHOW” passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the e-Ticket amount.

Haryana Roadways reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel.

Photo Identification : The on-duty Conductor will verify the e-Ticket and photo identity card of the passenger as per the trip-sheet during the journey. Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket (a printout of the e-Ticket on plain paper) along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one the government authority (Driving license, student id card, company id card, passport, PAN card or voter id card) otherwise they liable to pay the Standard Fare or they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

However Haryana Roadways is not at all responsible for the missing / lost luggage. The passenger has to carry the luggage at their own risk & responsibility. We shall be entitled to inspect your entire luggage, for the security reasons. We shall not be obliged to carry you or your luggage and shall be entitled to remove you from the bus if you refuse to submit for a search.

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the e-Ticket are only tentative timings. Busses may be delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc., Haryana Roadways is not responsible in such cases at all. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the e-Ticket.

The Haryana Roadways shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the Haryana Roadways.

The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstance passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the e-Ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk.

Video and Air conditioning in the busses is not guaranteed.

The e-Tickets booked through Internet are cancellable. The refunded money is transferred back to the passenger's credit/Debit card. Cash refund not possible.

Discount cards and special offers will not be applicable.

The eTicket will be available up to 5 hours before the schedule departure of the bus service.

The eTicket can be done 10 days in advance before the schedule departure of the bus service.

Maximum of five seats can be booked in a single e-Ticket

Two transactions will be allowed per day in e-ticketing, on a single credit card/debit card etc.

Passenger will only get the e-Ticket when the transaction has been done completely. For any incomplete transaction Haryana Roadways will not be responsible.

The Haryana Roadways will levy reservation charges of Rs.25/- for super luxury/volvo bus & Rs.5/- for standard/ordinary bus on the fare applicable for each seat in addition to the fare payable.

All transactions on Internet are subject to the conditions stipulated by the Payment Gateway and subject to levy of transaction charges @ 2% of the total payable amount, in addition to this service charge @ 10.3% of the transaction charges.

All e-Tickets issued shall be non-transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder over passengers.

Haryana Roadways has full rights to change bus fares any time depending on the Rules and Regulations.

If a passenger has lost the e-Ticket, copy of the same can be re-printed from our official website. No charges will be applicable for the same.

Haryana Roadways reserves the right to change the passenger‘s seat number.

Cancellation/Refunds Rules : :

The cancellation slabs (excluding the reservation charges, transaction charges and service tax which are non-refundable) are as below::

Delay and Cancellation of Service:

• Haryana Roadways may delay or cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Haryana Roadways shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next Haryana Roadways service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger’s conveyance or enable a full refund of the e-Ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the e-Ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the e-Ticket will become a “NO-SHOW” and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule.

Jurisdiction:

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.
