The florist may make appropriate substitutions of flowers, container types, or colors due to availability and season of flowers. The arrangement may not look EXACTLY like your photo, but we will ensure you that we will TRY OUR BEST to make it as close as we can! We choose the best flowers available each day to assure we give the highest quality and style for each one of our creations. Any substitution made will reflect the tone and feeling of the arrangement you’ve shown or have envisioned.
RETURN POLICY:
Contact us at harveysflowersllc@gmail.com , call us at 814-635-2018 , or message on facebook. (@harveysflowers) within 24 HOURS of your purchase if you’re dissatisfied with your arrangement. Please include a photo or bring your arrangement to the shop the following day so we can fully grasp the issue and give a solution. We DO NOTprovide refunds but would be happy to replace your arrangement if we feel the need too upon evaluation.
