Hire Details:

1. Bond must be paid to confirm booking. Hire fee to be paid on the day of the event
2. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premises as per our licensing conditions. Bar facilities are available.
3. The Function Room must be left clean and in the state that you found it. i.e. tables and chairs set up as found.
4. All items used must be returned to their proper place.
5. Cutlery and crockery are provided.
6. Own tea towels and tablecloths to be provided by outside caterers.
7. All breakages must be paid for and kitchen area left clean and tidy.
8. The person hiring the hall is responsible for the actions of the caterer.
9. The fridge and ovens are available for use by the caterer but must be left clean.
10 All rubbish bins are to be emptied and rubbish to be placed in garbage bins outside the function room.
11. Night functions must end by 1.am.
12. The centre must be locked, lights, heating/cooling turned off and premises left as found.
13. The person signing for the hire of the function room or kitchen will be deemed responsible for the hiring of the centre.
14. The bond will be returned after inspection of the premises is deemed satisfactory. The committee reserves the right to retain all or part of the bond if the premises or it’s contents are damaged.
